Qinzhou, formerly known as Anzhou, is a treasure coastal city in southern Guangxi. Sanniang Bay (4A Scenic Area) 

The hometown of Chinese white dolphins and the most romantic landmark of Qinzhou. With blue sea, golden sand and strange rocks, visitors have a high chance to encounter wild pink and white dolphins by boat (best at dawn or dusk). You can also go tide hunting, walk on the beach and watch the sunset over the sea.

Xili Bay 

Features a 2.8km natural arc-shaped crescent beach with clear and calm seawater. With red-and-white lighthouses and coconut grove swings, it is a lesser-known scenic spot perfect for photos. You can hunt for seashells freely when the tide recedes.

Maowei Sea National Marine Park

One of China’s largest semi-enclosed inland seas, with thousands of acres of mangroves forming a "marine forest". Enjoy the green waves at high tide and the spectacular red beach at low tide; cycling, bird watching and fishing experiences are available.

Wuhuang Mountain National Geopark

Liufeng Mountain

The "green lung" of Qinzhou urban area, with ancient trees, jagged rocks and deep caves. Full of historical sites, it overlooks the whole city from the top.

Historical Sites

Former Residence of Liu Yongfu (Sanxuan Hall) & Former Residence of Feng Zicai

National key cultural relic protection units, the former residences of national heroes who fought against France in the late Qing Dynasty. Typical Lingnan-style buildings with exquisite carvings, displaying precious historical relics of the Black Flag Army’s resistance and the Zhennanguan Victory, a must-visit to feel patriotism.

Qinzhou Old Street (Zhongshan Road Arcade Street)

A living fossil of a century-old commercial port, with a row of arcade buildings full of Republican-era charm. Blue stone roads, retro signboards, Guangzhou Guild Hall and Pingnan Ancient Ferry show traces of time, perfect for photography and food hunting.

Dalu Ancient Village

A cluster of Ming and Qing dynasties ancient houses, built against mountains and near rivers, famous for its "couplet culture". Full of ancient charm, you can also enjoy traditional folk customs such as Lingnan Tea Picking Opera and Spring Bull Dance.

Intangible Cultural Heritage: Nixing Pottery

One of China’s Four Famous Potteries and a national intangible cultural heritage. Made from unique eastern and western clay in Qinzhou, it forms natural "kiln transformation" after firing at 1200℃, with elegant colors and tough texture. Visit Nixing Pottery Museum or Millennium Ancient Pottery City to view exhibits and experience pottery making.

Cucumber Skin VinegarSweet and sour appetizer, slow-cooked with sour cucumber skin, pork trotter and streaky pork, a unique local home-cooked dish.

Lingshan Giant ZongziA "giant in zongzi", large in size, filled with streaky pork, mung beans and chestnuts, fragrant and glutinous.

Old Street Suan Ye (Pickled Fruits & Veggies) Seasonal fruits and vegetables (mango, pineapple, papaya) pickled, sweet, sour, spicy and crispy, a popular street snack.

Lingshan Grass Jelly Made from mesona chinensis, dark in color, smooth in taste, clearing heat and relieving summer heat.
